Are you insured?


Yes , Jaasclean is fully insured with a comprehensive public and employer liability cover . All our cleaners are vetted.




Who provides the cleaning material, Chemicals and equipments?


We will provide all cleaning materials required.




Will i get the same cleaner always?


We will ensure you have the same cleaner always, however, in other to cover sick leave, rest days and holidays, we will continously train new staff on your premises.




What if am not happy with the service provided?


We aim to keep our clients happy withen our possibilities. Although perfection is not realistic. Contact us as soon as posible and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Do your cleaners speak english?


Most of our cleaners do, however , we believe in customer care as such , our cleaners are always very proactive , inovative and professional at all times . Dont be surprised our cleaners may use google translator if neccesary . Please contact us if you have very specific request.




What areas do you cover?


We cover all areas withen Manchester city center, Didsbury, Fallowfield, Salford, Warrington, Oldham, Rochdale, Chadderton, and Middleton. We will be updating our coverage, continuosly and this will be displayed at the bottom of our website.




Do you have any accreditations?


Yes, jaasclean is a member of Federation of Master cleaners and we strictly adhere to specific code of practice. We are also Safecontractor accredited.




What Business hours can you accomodate?


24hours, 7 days of the week dependant on your specific requirements.





Domestic Cleaning

Do i have to stay at home while my property is being cleaned?


Its up to you. Most of are clients prefare to entrust our cleaners with their keys . We can gaurantee that you will recieve the same professional standard of service always. (home or not )




Can the cleaners change the bed linning or do ironing?


Yes we can . Please leave a note during your booking . Our minimum service is 2hrs, as such you may decide to use part or all your time slot for ironing and any other cleaning EXCEPT FOR DEEP CLEAN OF ANY SORT.




What if my cleaning falls on a bank holiday?


Although some major bank holidays are excluded from our booking system, please contact us via email, text and we will be glad to make special arrangements for you . Remember , you are very special .




Can i cancel my cleaning appointment or reschedule?


Yes you can . We highly recommend rescheduling , instead of cancelling. You can reschedule by contacting us through our website contact us page , email , text . please give us as much as 24hrs notice . You will get a full refund for cancellations 12hrs before agreed service time . Half refund for cancellations 6 hours before service time and No refund for cancellations less than 6hrs before service time.

What if i have a big house but my budget is very limited?


We tailor our service based on the specific needs of our customers. Contact us and we will work with you in designing a cleaning schedule that meets your daily needs. Effective cleaning management scheme . We concentrate on specific areas in some cases.




Do you clean external areas?


We do not clean external areas like patios , garden, External windows and driveways. We do no engage in any form of landscaping or waste management.




What areas do you cover?


We cover all areas withen manchester city center, Didsbury, Fallowfield, Some areas of Salford and Oldham. We will be updating our coverage, continuosly and this will be display at the bottom of our website.




Do you deep clean fridges ?


Yes we do , although this is an additional service. If this service is requiered, you will need to switch off the fridge for at least 24hrs following the specific manufacturer instructions. The cost of this service is 8.50/hour and can be paid directly to your favorite cleaner. Please include a message notifying us that you need this service when you are booking.




Who provides the cleaning material, Chemicals and equipments?


Best practice . For hygiene purpose , we use your favorite products, chemical and machineries provide by you. This is done to avoid cross contamination of bacterias .




Will i get the same cleaner always?


We will try to assign the same cleaner always , however you can choose your favorite cleaner by clicking on our staff in the drop down menu, during your booking process.





We cover Salford, Didsbury,Fallowfield, Warrington, Oldham, Rochdale, Manchester city centre and Leeds.
